The Catholic Community of Calauag, Quezon, through the Executive Committee of the Calauag Mayflower Festival 2010, is staging a fund-raising campaign, dubbed “Help Build Our Church, Keep Our Faith Alive”.

The objectives are:

1. Generate funds towards the improvement, repairs and maintenance of the St. Peter the Apostle Parish of Calauag, Quezon and
2. Keep our Catholic faith alive through the community’s participation in the town’s traditional Mayflower Festival which will be held during the whole month of May 2010.

May we solicit your support for this church fund-raising by buying ads in the Mayflower Festival souvenir program. You may choose any of the following business, corporate, family or individual   sponsorship options:

A. Gold Sponsor (Full Page): Philippine Pesos 2,000 or US$ 50.00

B. Silver Sponsor (1/2 Page): Philippine Pesos 1,000 or US$ 25.00

C. Bronze Sponsor (1/4 Page): Philippine Pesos 500 or US$ 15.00

D. Blue Ribbon Sponsor (Small Box Ad): Philippine Pesos 300 or US$ 10.00

E. Yellow Ribbon Sponsor (Line Ad): Philippine Pesos 100 or US$ 5.00

Sponsorship cash may be paid through the soliciting officers and members of the Executive Committee. You can also pay through any Remittance Center of your choice and send to: Ms. Madelaine P. Pesarit-Treasurer, Executive Committee, Calauag Mayflower Festival 2010. We appreciate if ads sponsorship is confirmed on or before Dec. 31, 2009 and payments are received by the Executive Committee on or before January 15, 2010 together with the lay-out of your ads.
