The meeting, originally scheduled for April 18, was called to order at
2pm , Saturday, April 8. We moved the meeting to April 8 to take advantage of Delfin Rada’s presence. He came all the way from Las Vegas to share with us his ideas. Delfin is the president and valedictorian of class 1960. The meeting was at KUBO SA BUNDOK in Villa Sarah, Barangay Sta. Maria. The following were at the meeting:

The attendees unanimously approved, as suggested by Danny Molina and Imelda Camba, to move the Golden Jubilee from May 15, 2010 to
May 21-23, 2010
. We also approved the following activities on those dates:
- Friday, May 21, 2010 – Welcome Party
- Saturday, May 22, 2010 – Golden Jubilee Day
Morning Mass and Parade
Evening Party
- Sunday, May 23, 2010 – Beach Picnic
- Tuesday, May 25, 2010 – Town Fiesta
We reviewed and updated the addresses and telephone numbers of our classmates. Our next meeting is on May 16, 2009.
After the meeting we had our usual Pancit with sliced bread, red wine and Black Label.
SIDE NOTE: Delfin stayed until, way after the meeting broke up. He stayed with me, Frank Leonor, on through my usual evening drinking group. In the group were Fiscal Vito Florido, Sheriff Rudy Valena, Major Monching Ferro, Architect Boy Cabrera and DENR Engr. Ador Barros. We had a great time. As Master Chief Mando Lacar used to say….GOOD LOOKING PARE!

Hello Classmates: March 9, 2009
Since 2008, we have been meeting regularly in Calauag. We meet regularly in Kubo Sa Bundok, a Videoke Bar/Restaurant in Villa Sara. We are, listed below, your classmates here in Calauag. We loosely call ourselves the Philippines Organizing Committee. Our goal was (1) To organize attendance to the 78th CCC Anniversary Grand Reunion and (2) To organize our Golden Jubilee in 2010.
We decided to “low key” our attendance to the 78th CCC Anniversary Grand Reunion and focus our effort to our Golden Jubilee. We figured that most of our classmates won’t be able to come on both years, especially those from abroad. On February 14, 2009 , there were 10 of us who attended the parade in the morning and the Ball at night, of the CCC Grand Reunion. 10 might be disappointing, but, that’s 10 more than the previous Grand Reunion. Babat Orchestra provided the music. We brought food and wine, danced and had a grand time. After the parade, we had our first Golden Jubilee meeting.
We choose May 15, 2010 for our Golden Jubilee, figuring classmates would also come to observe the town fiesta on May 25. We also assigned names to classmates who need to be contacted. Our next meeting is 2PM April 18, 2009
We will update ourselves on recent developments and really go to work.
